A Special Meeting of Members of the Association will be held at the Kirkfield and District Historical Society Museum - Lady Mackenzie room on Monday, August 12, 2024 at 7 pm.

The purpose of the meeting is for:

1. As a special resolution, to approve and confirm the Articles of Amendment for filing with the Ministry: LPRA Articles of Amendment

2. As a special resolution, to approve and confirm the new By-law No. 3: By-Law No. 3

3. As a special resolution, to fix the number of Directors

If you are unable to attend, you may submit a proxy form by no later than the start of the Special Members’ meeting (7 pm on Augst 12, 2024).
